Expand the Division's visibility and elevating its reputation with a holistic insights-based strategic plan for communications and marketing.
Solutions

– I am creating Communications infrastructure to improve my team’s capacity and ensure brand alignment throughout the Division.
– I am supervising and mentoring communications professionals in the Division, in order to provide them with guidance, support for their efforts and improve interdisciplinary collaboration. -
– I conducted a Communications needs assessment to address pain points and increase the capacity of our team and Division.
– I redesigned the Division's monthly newsletter for strategic alignment with business priorities. Our click rate increased across all of our audiences.
– Developed a content calendar and project management system

Provided strategic advise and guidance to redesign our content efforts. Under my leadership, my new content team has produced:
– +20 PSD original stories (June-Nov. 2023)
– New recruitment collateral for graduate programs
– Created at least 2 new content series: PSD in Practice and Meet our Faculty
Work Samples
I work with our Alumni Relations and Development team to create programs, campaigns, and efforts to streamline fundraising and increase our relationships with donors. I oversee the production and development of the annual report (see below) for our donor and alumni audience, as well as for University leadership.
